As both an experienced career coach and corporate recruiter, Susan has lived in both sides of the house: the corporate hiring suite where needs have to be met perfectly (and faster than you can say "hire"), and the job seeker's basement where hours of hard work don't always equal success. Currently, Susan sits on the corporate side of the house as Director of Talent Acquisition for one of the world's best known brands.

Susan also works with individuals,companies and universities in career management, organization development and human resources strategy. She's well versed in using social media for HR and recruiting, and was the first to have a comprehensive list online of employers recruiting on Twitter.
